House Concert in Providence with Barry the Wooden Indian

I miss going to dinner parties with other couples.  I hope and pray that there is a day in my future when I get to be on the arm of my second sweetheart, a man in my future, and sitting around treasured friends laughing, dancing, eating, and talking for hours.  In this chapter of my life my sweetheart is my band.  They always make date night fun! ;)   This party that we played at was full of beautiful couples, who love one another dearly.  The food and conversations were so enjoyable!   They were so kind to us, they cheered after every song, danced to our music and then during the break, we all danced together.  The night was perfect!  One of the guests asked me if we enjoy playing house concerts and my answer was "Absolutely!"  We hope to follow their example and have dinner parties of our own for years to come.  Here are some pictures and video of the night:

What's in a name?

Cindy posted the following on Facebook a few weeks ago;

 "People always ask me, "Why did you name your band Accidentally Involved?" and I never know what to say because it has always had such deep personal meaning to me! Here is what "Accidentally Involved" means to me.... Some of the most beautiful things that have happened in my life have been things that started with that initial belief that "I was accidentally involved." Even though at first it may seem as though the experience was something that had just fallen into place, time-...and-time again, it always seems to become something that was of NO accident! I have always felt if something in my life happens by accident, it usually meant there was true, divine intervention from God and that those accidental involvements really have had a purpose beyond my comprehension. The more accidental things seem, the more guided things really are! So for me, "accidentally involved" means, "divine intervention from God." Since only God understands why something happens sometimes, those accidental involvements in life are usually His tender mercies!"
